Had an issue with a product that was incorretly advertised on the website, even though I was dissapointed with what I received, it seemed to be an honest mistake on their end and Craig went above and beyond to make sure I felt compensated for the trouble caused. Overall a good experience and will shop there again in the future.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered a guitar to be shipped to Cannonvale and Dave was remarkably attentive and helpful from start to finish. Despite the guitar being damaged during shipping it was still one of the best customer service experiences I've had and the easiest return thanks to the very open and honest communication. Very helpful knowledgeable staff I'm playing a 8 string resonater banjo build year 1918 and we're dose One buy string's for a 8,string banjo KC helped me source a set of strings every were else told me they don't make strings for this type of banjo because in the modern world it's 4 /string banjos. Thanks KC music for helping a brother out 💯🤙🤙✌️

This place is quite good. My only issue was that they let 3 guitarists all play at the same time, and they were all out of tune . This is really frustrating because I couldn't try the guitar I wanted to play due to the noise. I bought a Hizumitas Earthquaker device pedal, and I love it ! I would have liked to try it first, but that's okay. Also, the staff member had no idea what power supply to use even though it is clearly written in the manual . All I had to do was open it up. Otherwise, I would definitely go back again. I don't mean to sound rude . I really wanted to try the Ibanez 7 string Quest model and the Manson Matt Bellamy guitar, but I couldn't hear them properly. I had a fun time browsing the store, but I think offering people guitar tuners might be a good idea if the guitar is really out of tune.
